Customer Service Specialist
Responsibiliies
- Fulfill orders for customers on various websites.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Data entry of client information.
- Electronic filing and retrieval of documents.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Research and analysis of legal documents.
- Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately.
Qualification
- High school diploma OR GED; some college a plus, particularly in Finance or Business, with a minimun of one year of customer service experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in verbal communication and in writing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of legal system.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic computer skills, MS Office.
